I don't give a good gorram about relevant, Wash. Or objective. And I ain't so afraid of losing something that I ain't gonna try to have it. You and I would make one beautiful baby. And I want to meet that child one day. Period.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I tried to Tivo it, but failed. What channel is it actually on?

When I put on the season pass it looked like it was rerunning on style maybe? But yes, Oxygen has been having mad commercials for it--I've been watching Glee Projject, and it's every other commercial.

Ugh. There is some serious crack on the runway tonight. Im not surprised that Kenley's look was in the top two. It was a beautiful dress, beautifully constructed. It, however, is not a red carpet look. As one of the designers said, it looks like she could wear it to church. nina liked that it was short, but its not dressy enough.

Irina's dress was just boring. Its a basic white dress. The only interesting element was a necklace.

I thought that April or Valerie's dress (the silver or the gold).

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I agree. The gold was my favorite. The silver looked weird across the front to me, like it didn't quite fit right, or was draped oddly, I don't know. But from the back it was gorgeous.

Irina still really rubs me the wrong way.

Yeah, she was a stone cold bitch to them. Although the dress was a hot mess, she didn't have to be as nasty as she was.

I wanted to see more of Laura, I miss her!

She was a nice treat! More Laura would have been good.

It's interesting that the top two looks (as determined by the judges) were the ones that had one designer with a strong vision and the other teammate just kind of going along. Take note, future contestants, I guess.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

The silver dress was weird, but it was weird in that high-fashion red carpety way. It looked exactly like something April would wear to the Emmys, and I kind of loved it.

Kenley...meh. She likes one silhouette that's easy to do. I agree that her dress was beautiful and well constructed, but there really wasn't a lot of design to it. It was basically the same dress she wears every day, with some pleats.

Because books.

I missed some of it -- what did they think of Laura's dress?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

When Elena was ranting about how tough you have to be in Ukraine and nobody's going to say please and thank you and somehow this all related to Buffi working too slow it kind of cracked me up. When my friend Val and I visited my brother in Moscow we asked him and his GF (now wife) how to say pardon me or excuse me. You know, as good Canadians do.

They both looked at each other, thought a bit, looked at each other again. Stumped. Completely stumped.
