But? There's always a but. When this is over, can we have a big 'but' moratorium?

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I've been watching Finding Bigfoot. It's wacky. Spoiler: They never do find him.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

TAR: Aw, that was sweet at the mat.

Because books.

It really was. That was a lovely thing for the border patrol guys to do. Mark and Bopper are also just so sweet -- even if they don't come close to winning, you know they're having the time of their life.

Oh yeah, they are having a great ride.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Yeah, they've really grown on me.

(Also, I'm assuming Phil gave the border patrol guys a heads-up before they gave their prize away. Not that they mightn't have done it anyway, but still.)

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

That was a lovely thing for the border patrol guys to do.

I called the nonelim about halfway in, so I thought it was great that Phil let them go through with it! They looked surprised, but who knows.

Man, I've never seen Big Brother, but Rachel seems...emotionally fragile for this show. And being asked to taste 8 different kinds of salami is the breaking-point task??? Bales of hay! 2 lbs of caviar! That season where a bunch of teams accidentally drove into North Korea and then had to wrestle alligators! Seriously, salami?

She's emotionally fragile for life. At least when Brendon's around. Without him, she's still obnoxious but much less prone to meltdowns. And she can be a fierce competitor. You just don't know which one of her you'll get from moment to moment.

But seriously, "I thought this was going to be fun"?? Does she not watch the show? There is a reason I would be on BB but not TAR! (And that reason is that I am lazy.)

Hah--I'm the other way around but I know I'd at some point on TAR breakdown, when hungry and stressed and tired! But big Brother is creepy and I'd get annoyed by the other people.
