Here's something I would love to see (from the Shane Sparks interview at TWOP): [link]
Daniel: Do you have any ideas for next year's routines yet?
Sparks: Uh, no, but I know the fact that they let me get really creative with everything, I know I'm going to be more, like, movie-oriented and TV-oriented with some of my choreography.
Daniel: I got one for you.
Sparks: What?
Daniel: A routine based on the movie The Warriors....
Daniel: See, you're going to be thinking about it now. The Baseball Furies are going to be in there…I'm telling you…
Sparks: I just gotta find the song, and I gotta get the bottles to make the cling-cling-cling, you know what I mean? Only thing I have to worry about is I have to worry about copywritten stuff, but I could -- instead of saying "Warriors," I could say something else, you know what I mean? I gotta do things that won't get us in trouble, but that's a dope thought.
It's been an ANTM marathon on MTV all day, and I totally forgot how entertaining Jade and Danielle and the rest of them are! Sample fourfour recap for demonstration: [link] "Forget the gap, sucka, I'm goin' to Thailand!"
I'm watching the Project Runway marathon on Bravo. I missed it when it first aired, because I gave up my cable for awhile. I'm sooo happy to have Tim Gunn on my TV again! who cares about the designers!
Jeez, they really are stretching out Top Chef as long as possible -- this week they're re-running the S1/S2 showdown.
Yeah, I don't get that. I'm so interested to see the next new episode -- I think that
it's a 7 course meal on a ship - meaning that each chef cooks one course and only one chef at a time can be in the kitchen.
I'm guessing that from the title of the episode, the preview and the fact that there are 7 cheftestants left.
BB: So Eric gets paid for each task he completes, and this week, his task is going to be kissing one of the women.
Yeah, that's appropriate.
Design Star - FINALLY. I'm so happy that Robb is done.
Finally saw the last TC, and I have just two (or maybe just one and a half) small notes to add to everything everyone else already said, with the Tre and the sad and the manly (and my Lord, but that was a great chow.com interview; he's just such a grown-up compared to almost all the rest of them) and the do-over and everything else. So, just one and a half things not already said.
One: I'm starting to actually kind of like Sara. I have no idea what the change was, but all of a sudden with the restaurant do-over she came across as competent, intelligent and un-sullen.
One and a half: She was just ridiculously likable in that moment when Dale dashed into the kitchen gasping, "Table Seven is VIP's!" and she snarled, "I told you
every table
is a VIP!" And when he said, "No, no, Seven is Joey and Sarah," she broke into a huge goofy grin and actually physically
bouncebouncebounced
and squeed. Loved that moment!
