Non-Fiction TV: I Reject Your Reality and Substitute My Own

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

They do eventually put their shows online, but not until about a month after they air (at least that's how it was when I was watching Top Chef w/o cable).

Art Crawl!!!

I was unhappy too.

Actually, I was more unhappy about Sarah getting in. . .

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh yeah, and taking the pass like a sucker. I don't like her very much at all.

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

Oh yeah, and taking the pass like a sucker. I don't like her very much at all.

I thought that was quite telling, although logically it is probably the wiser choice.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

HMOG, Brendon and Rachel on the next TAR.

This will not be pretty.

ETA: Probably only Jesse will understand my horror. But you will, oh yes you will.

And speaking of horrors:

How the hell did Austin Scarlett survive that elimination on last night's PR?

Shit's all sorts of different now.

No kidding. That one shouldda been gone and the other one kept. FOr no other reason than Austin's unfortunate choice of facial hair.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

What the hell is it with Top Model and how the people can never find their way around any city at all? So irritating. You think they'd just drop this component of the show. (Which they may have -- I'm watching a rerun of god knows what season on Oxygen.)

meara - Feb 10, 2012 1:49:35 pm PST #18791 of 23273

Dana, they have a few times--I remember the season they went to Paris, they had to take the Metro, and several got lost. But then another season they were in Milan, and had guys on scooters driving them around. A few times they've had drivers in cars, but I think at least once that guy got lost...

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I'm okay with the elimination on PR. That green top was awful. If when they'd said "can we see what's under the jacket?" he'd said no, Austin would've gone home for sure.

Definitely that.
