I'm mad she won, quite frankly. She should have been eliminated in last week's episode. Just about any other season the construction problems shown last week would have auffed a contestant. Her use of fabrics in the final collection was really great, but I am not convinced her construction issues were resolved.
It also was so nice of the producers to give them all extra $$ to help them (Anya) out.
Thing is, it was pretty clear all season she was going to win. That's the story they wanted to tell this season and she received a lot of producer assistance on the way there.
When Anya wasn't canned last episode, I knew she would win. I'm still kind of pissed, though. She can make one dress! For one girl! @@
FWIW, the commenters on Tom & Lorenzo have lost all of their shit.
They lost their children's shit. They lost their partners' and friends' shit. There is no shit left.
Ha ha ha!
Does it seem like there are more producer shenanigans on Lifetme than when it was on Bravo? (It seems that way to me.)
It just seems like they've all lost their minds. Starting with Gretchen. ::snarls::
I still think Anya is remarkably talented for someone who just started, but she's not there yet. Definitely not based on that collection. It leaves a really bad taste in my mouth.
I'm going to watch at least the beginning of All Stars, but then I think I might be done. Although I will miss Michael Kors desperately.
Yeah, if they weren't doing All-Stars next, this would definitely be the last season of PR for me.
not cool WoA. Not cool.
I just watched and have no idea what this is a reference to.
Oh yeah, I didn't get the WoA comment, either.

It seems that way to me, too. It's a different production company as well as a different network, right? Maybe they are just less subtle about it.
I'm mostly not so mad about the fix because, as sumi said back in August
If a dull, fugly design collection wins? It probably won't have been at the cost of an exciting and beautiful collection

Yes, she should have. And I loved when Heidi admitted it and said that the judges were really worried after seeing her looks.
I liked her final collection, though. Heidi called her out again about how her collection didn't require the sewing skills.

Oh, HELL yeah. I will probably watch the first ep next season, and if it doesn't grab me, I'm out.
Yes, it's no longer with the Magical Elves.
