There's a new show on Cooking Channel called Cooking School Confidential that looks pretty good. It's about different students in Johnson and Wales's program, and it's (refreshingly) documentary style rather than competition or melodrama.

Yes - that was an amazing contrast. And I am so sick of Joshua. Sick. Of. Him. When they had the section where he talked about missing his family? FFed through it - that's how sick of him I am.
I missed about 2-3 eps of this season, so I am not sick of Josh, but I found his behavior really odious. He is among those who I strongly believe should not have been cast on a reality show. He needs some professional assistance without the stress of a tv show.
