Art Crawl!!!

I'm listening to the Dressage Radio Show and they're talking to the casting director for Full Metal Jousting - a jousting reality contest that will be on the History Channel.

Ohhhh! Travis Wall just tweeted that he was invited to be a guest judge for tomorrow night's SYTYCD! I don't know if he'll be a fourth like Lil' C was or what, but I'm excited! Hopefully he'll give some good constructive criticism!

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Master Chef: Interesting results last night ... can I discuss (I expect it will be rebroadcast next week) or is it something that needs to be held or put in spoiler font? I was most annoyed that they did a rebroadcast of last week's show on Monday, then substituted a Kitchen Nightmare episode when the new MC was scheduled. grr

One thing I'm noticing is that the people who are good at improvising, coming up with dishes on the spot, are creative but weren't good at replicating someone else's dish.

This guy's show sounds like it should be fun. (I love River Monsters so this is right up my alley = river monsters and how to cook them.)

hmm ... there was a big story recently about a record-setting blue catfish caught in this area - 143 pounds (yikes!). Now THAT would be a challenge to cook ... nevermind catching it!

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Woohoo, working from home today, and Tabatha's Salon Takeover is on. This is such a cathartic show.

I did a search for this for a co-worker, so here's the really big catfish.

I killed the thread? or is everyone researching catfish recipes for large groups?

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

That's a big fish. I wonder if it would even taste good at that size? Of course, some people don't like the flavor of catfish anyway.

Someone needs to remind me when it's time to tune into SYTYCD. I'm inured to the Tivo way, and I keep forgetting that I'm watching streams and thus need to actually tune in on time.
