I hate to break it to you, oh impotent one, but you're not the big bad anymore, you're not even the kind of naughty.

'Til we dance away...

I was staying at Planet Hollywood in April when this was filmed... I basically freaked out at the airport when I saw people at baggage claim with SYTYCD signs meeting the dancers. Since the area where they practice all the group stuff is just glassed in and off the Miracle Mile shops I stopped to see what was going on every time I walked by. Did see a couple people crying and being filmed after they were cut. I also wish they showed more of Vegas-- at least enough for 2 episodes!

I also wish they had explained why Arielle went, especially when it looked like she was so much better than her partner.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ooh, that's so cool, Sassy!

Professor Lock kind of blew me away. Is he a hip hop dude? Because he’s the business.

Yeah, that one.

Art Crawl!!!

Frankenbuddha - I agree with you about the challenges this week. Loved the quickfire family thing and I think that the soldiers' meal challenge was the best one of this sort that I remember.

I hope Traci wins the show.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

SYTYCD - the guy with the awful unitard - he said his mother made it for him. And then a friend painted it for him. WTF? It did, however, make him stand out ....

I enjoyed the hidden relative one quite a bit.

That was great, but I can't believe no one recognized their relative.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

That was great, but I can't believe no one recognized their relative.

I thought that was kind of weird, too, but then I thought that they were focused on the challenge, not so much figuring out who the person was.

I am kind of in love with Professor Lock. Did he make it through? And here he is working an "Indubitably" shirt. [link] Also though Ricky Jamie was adorable.

I got very, very tired of Natalia, just watching the clips.

Why can't they get any amazing ballroom people who are not 45 years old? It seems like there was so much ballroom talent at first, and the last few seasons, pathetic.

Yeah, I kind of wonder if like, word is OUT in the ballroom community "don't go audition for them! it's awful!" or something. I mean really.

"We have trust issues." Mylar

The ballroom thing is just weird, especially when you consider that the ballroom alums have had some of the greatest post-show success. Practically half the cast of Dancing with the Stars got their starts on SYTYCD - Lacey, Dmitry, Chelsea, Peanut has choreographed for them (not to mention the fact that Louis has done choreo for SYTYCD). Pasha and Anya made a huge splash in Burn the Floor. You see the former ballroom kids out and about doing well much more frequently than most of the winners, truth be told.
