Because books.

I just want her to make it because she's great and joyful and has potential, not to make some kind of a point (even if it's a good one).

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

She is great! But to do all of what's her name's disco lifts and everything just won't work out, I don't think.

Because books.

I am worried about her being partnered well, for sure.

Also, I feel like I should never have an opinion about music ever again, because I like the strings version of the Coldplay song.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Was that the song playing for the contemporary round? They used that during the League of Extraordinary Dancers number that they performed on SYTYCD a few seasons back, which is when I fell in love with it (and them--those dancers are incredible).

I actually like Coldplay, so. No judging here!

What's the name of that song? I think I'm going to download it (the strings version).

"We have trust issues." Mylar

Vegas!!!!!!

Red suit man? I think I love you most of all.

Boomkat. Miss Debbie Allen! . And Shankdaddy. Awww. I’ve missed Shankdaddy. Oh, it’s so good to see tham all.

Y’all, I never want to have Miss Debbie Allen tell me to pull myself together.

Robin Antin. Shankdaddy, Miss Debbie Allen, Tasty, Mary, Nigel. Well, we know who the lightweight on this panel is.

Dance Rounds. I don't think we've ever gotten to know that before. Solos, Hip hop, broadway, ballroom, group round, contemporary with Travis Wall!!!

Ivetta is the red dress girl. Oh, I loved her. Oh, no. Sexy cop. Noooo. But seriously? The routine was amazing. Fun, sexy, a good mixture of latin dance with some moves from contemporary and jazz. And her body is sick. Diva. That’s the best ballroom kid solo ever on this show. Ever.

Oh, Marlin. No, no, no. I agree, Miss Debbie Allen. Oh, that outfit. And what is he doing. Look at Shankdaddy’s face. He’s like “What the fuck?” Look at the faces on the other dancers. Oh, wow. That is ewww. All wrong. “Child that outfit is killing me.” Dammit I love Miss Debbie Allen. And Marlon did not learn anything. Boo.

Yay, skunk hair girl goes home. Great! I don’t know why they even brought her.

Wally Jones. Did we see him during the audition rounds? I don’t think so. He wasn’t all that great. I mean, he was fine I guess and the spinny flips were spinny, but he didn’t knock me out.

Jeans boy. I just saw Flippy jeans boy. Yay, we love flippy jeans boy! And Melanie? Yay. That was a lot of great dancing in that montage o’ dancers.

The sisters perform together again. I don’t like it. This is not a group competition. However the choreo on that piece was really, really good. And they made Miss Debbie Allen smile. Therefore, they can stay. I’m so glad that the “larger” sister can also turn it out as a dancer. I still worry about her and partnering.

From 160 to 114 after solos? Damn.

NappyTab for hip hop? Still? Can we please, please, please move on.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

TCM: Okay, those challenges were pretty OK. Granted, after last week's science fiasco almost anything would have been better, but I enjoyed the hidden relative one quite a bit.
