Very convincing. Makes me completely want to put myself under government control. Please take me to where you can make me unconscious and naked.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Voicewise the ejected Christina contestant might have been better, but Frenchie performed it better, if that makes any sense.

ITA. Frenchie's acting skills really came to the forefront, and she sold it bigtime.

Trust my rage

Rob does seem so tired. I keep waiting for someone to actually challenge him.

Compassionately intolerant

Idol is dead to me.

Although, I'm hoping the fact that this was the week Doughtry(sp) was eliminated will bode well for James.

"We have trust issues." Mylar

I hated the Durbs and I was not sad at all to see him go. I thought both his songs were not impressive this week. That said, Scotty needs to go home more than any other contestant on Idol ever and Lauren is so boring and vapid it's painful and she looks like a 50 year old saloon girl. The only one I can even stand at this point is Haley.

Haven't seen The Voice yet this week but I am liking it so much more than Idol. I can't even explain.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Phew!

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Boston Rob!! Phillip gave a textbook performance of how NOT to behave in front of the jury and did the idea that his behavior was all part of a grand plan no good.

Also, Julie, you are preaching on moral behavior after you stole and buried Phillip's shorts? Really?

I know! THAT was the big "I have the best jury speech EVAR and everyone will vote for me after they hear it!" speech he was bragging about? Seriously??

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Coupled with the fact that the one person he was genuinely pleasant and complementary to (Ralph) actually DID vote for him! I dunno. Maybe he read the room and realized that it would be for naught.

I don't think Phillip CAN read a room. I think he reacts right out of his gut and doesn't try to understand what the other person is trying to say or what his response means to the listeners.
