Pretty cool except for the part where I was really terrified and now my knees are all dizzy.

"We have trust issues." Mylar

Yep, that's the girl. She was trying to become a pop star (or probably more likely an R&B star) and thus the jaw wiring shut so that she could look the part more. Sadly, she couldn't really sing at all which was the larger problem, but she mostly focused on the aesthetics and on yelling at people in the dance studio in her best BoomKat (LaurieAnne Gibson for those not up on the Diddy shows) before BoomKat was cool way.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

She also instigated the first roommate eviction when she got David kicked out of the house for pulling her out of the bed when she was "naked" (but not really because she totally had on panties and a wifebeater which practically qualifies as overdressed on today's Real World) and then claiming that his having done so was akin to her being raped live on national TV.

Oh, I do remember that. But I still don't think I really saw that season.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

I like RuPaul, and I like Pandora Boxx, Jujube, and Ongina. I like Raven and Raja, too, but admit that they can be bitches.

information libertarian

Speaking of LaurieAnne Gibson, here's an incredible quote:

Laurieann Gibson, Lady Gaga's choreographer — who was Diddy's drill sergeant on Making The Band and is getting her own show — says of Gaga: "I actually developed Lady Gaga from the beginning. A lot of what happens on stage has been birthed out of my gift. Would Lady Gaga survive the industry in four years after being dropped from two deals? I'm sorry, no! Laurieann Gibson delivered her."

Okay, it's from a tabloid. [link]

Oh man! I can't believe they actually made them eat the cheese, when all the other teams had arrived.

Sad to see them go.

Because books.

Me, too, on who went.

And the cheese made me a little less eager to get back to Artisanal for fondue anytime soon, I tell you.

I am still happy to eat a fondue portion of my choice!

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I just couldn't believe Justin and Zev eating all the damn bread.

I was so worried for the Globetrotters at the end there. Seemed like some fatigue taking hold. Sorry to see the cowboys go, but I am glad that the u-turn wasn't actually the deciding factor.

Really badly designed leg overall though. One challenge where a mistake meant riding an extra 40 some k? The cowboys may one of the only teams in any season who could make that up, and good on them for doing it. But then the u-turn at the very end, coupled with quite lengthy tasks, would have put basically any u-turned team entirely out of it. I guess that's why they made it a double, but come on.

I was actually afraid Gary and Mallory were about to have the Killer Fatigue when he said at the very beginning that they hadn't slept in 36 hours. Yikes! I don't know how anyone does anything that requires any thought like that.
