Well, we may not have parted on the best of terms. I realize certain words were exchanged. Also, certain... bullets. But that's air through the engine. It's past. We're business people.

Well, I have to agree with the judges about Wade's choreography. I thought the performance itself was excellent, I enjoyed it.

I though it was really neat and different. Doubt I would've got "mother and baby fox" without the commentary, but whatever. I liked it. I found it interesting.

Though my first thought was "Is a scarf in her mouth the only way to make Lacey shut up and keep her mouth closed while dancing?"

I thought they both danced it really well.

Thrive to spite them

It's Wade so I expect weird and out there. If he did anything that didn't make me thing "the hell?!?!" when I first hear what he's going to do I would be disappointed.

I really expected Travis to win last year. I was aghast when they said "Benji", I liked Benji, but I thought Travis was more interesting.

"We have trust issues." Mylar

Danny was amazing. Game over.

As for Wade, I think back to the Jesus/Sara routine from earlier in the season or the Hummingbird piece that Hok/Jamie danced and those routines were really weird, and challenging, and interesting and technically ridiculous, yet still accessible. Some of his past best have been the same way . . . Ramalama or Sexyback from last season. That Lacey/Sabra number, at one point both girls were just laying on the floor for multiple eight counts, or nuzzling each other (thanks Nigel, because all I could think of was that Sabra was trying to suckle). If this were his company and he wanted to set that piece on company dancers, I'd say fine. But it's not. It's a competition. The dancers will be judged by the public on this. One of them will win $250K. And Lacey and Sabra just got screwed.
