She did smoke the rappel task, though. If she could have only kept that damn focus through the bungee!
I think the key to that task was going with your momentum, like on a swing, kicking your legs at the bottom to help with the height of the second bounce -- she was being too still. Did Sam and Dan really get it on their first try?
I could not have done that task. I would have loaded Beau in the bungee and been the one to pull him back.
I think Miss America's husband was about to cry, and she was telling him not to because she would break down if he did. But it's possible that I'm wrong!
Yeah, that's how it read to me, too. I was really rooting for them at the end. Not that Megan and Cheyne have anything against them, but...ugh, another young blonde athletic couple? YAWN.

Yeah, I was rooting for Ericka and Brian this final episode too . They had the knowledge! They were the only ones who knew that Monte Carlo was the answer - but Meghan and Cheyne played well despite messing up Monte Carlo at first.
I also admire Cheyne for keeping his eyes shut nearly all the way down the damn rappel -- talk about working through your fear!

I'm just glad Sam and Dan didn't win. Talk about whiny and irritable. The one (Dan?) was even worse than Erika.

They were awful. To go up to Brian and Miss America in the airport and say, "it wasn't our fault" and "you should be upset with your driver"!!! My only response would have been: PLEASE! Had I not been mad before, I am now, you're not nice people, don't act like you are.
I agree. I actually would have been tempted to deck them. I wouldn’t have, but man I would have been tempted. I hope they see themselves on tv and realize what assholes they are.
