What do I do if the display on the laptop has rotated 90 degrees?

Oo, this happened to a coworker once! Unfortunately, I can't remember the key combo to fix it. Hmm...

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

"Someone came in shitfaced drunk, got angry, went berserk, and fucked up a lot of stuff. There's an outage on 40 or so racks at minimum"

As explanations/excuses for service failures go, this is aces. As explanations/excuses for getting fired go, also aces.

Power outages aren't nearly as funny.

Smells like bullshit, as the commenters note. I don't know why Valleywag ran with it, when it's contradicted by the bare fact of other power outages in the area.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Now, why you gotta be a hater?

I'm a lover, Lee, nothing but a lover.

You are the hater.

DJ, what kind of laptop? eta: Polgara, does that work on most laptops? I've never even heard of it.

Man, the top of my skull wants to go home something awful.

sara, The current issue of Smithsonian magazine has an article on American expats in Prague and a brief blurb on Hatch, NM. It was written with you in mind!

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

What do your Display settings say?

Nothing that's of any help.

My boss hit some sort of key combo, as Polgara says, and I don't know enough about what PC settings should look like, or sometimes where you would even find them.

*longs for her Mac at home with its Finder where you find things*

I don't even think it works on most monitors. I doesn't work on mine, but it worked on my coworker's--kept flipping it around, which was SO COOL.
