I made it.
Way early.
Bless the Blackberry.
Yeah, pole dancing. I'm trying to get our youngest instructor ready for university.
She already knows to conquer. Bring on the seduction.
I'm possibly more psyched than I should be. But it kinda feels like I'm the last Angelena to try it.
But, I'm in a Tonks/Lupin mood.
for real. I just finished rereading 6 last night (I cried and cried...more than the first time I read it) and was all schmoopy about them.
In today's ridiculous Tour de France news (no spoilers for today's stage), a rider who has already withdrawn from the race tested positive for high levels of testosterone in a sample taken in early June.
The rider is out of the race because he crashed into a seventy-year-old spectator *after* a stage while riding to the hotel. He broke his nose and had to have jaw surgery. The pedestrian went into a *coma*, which he has since come out of.
The rider's team suspended him after the test results. German television is now boycotting coverage of the race.
Okay, that is ridiculous.
Even in the movie
Emily, you are so
very much correct. It did my 'shipping heart well to see that almost every scene involving Remus had him *plastered* to Sirius's back, as if he couldn't stand not being close to him. sighs, wipes a tear
Dude, even I don't venture into HP fandom without clipping on a safety harness first.
shrift speaks words of wisdom. Of course, I won't read any fic unless it's recc'd, but I'm twitchy like that.
How were Germans involved in the scandal? Rider? Coma patient?
In today's ridiculous Tour de France news
AHAHAAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
I love my bicycle men! They're like the crackiest crackfic fandom ever, only, you know, not fic!
Resultswise,
another totally random stage winner! And yesterday's dude made Rasmussen look fat. Which... yeah.
eta: ita, German rider (and team, I think). No idea about the spectator.
Maybe the Germans decided that they can no longer go on pretending that it's a legitimate sport?

The team (T-Mobile) is German, as is the rider.
