You mean the part where she looked like a person before, and looked like a generic model afterward? She wasn't ugly afterward, she was just totally unremarkable.

She had an in-between nose (look at pictures from Wind) that she did on purpose -- still looked like her but not quite as prominent. That nose collapsed and they had to do what they could. "What they could" is a very nice nose, but it looks nothing like her.

Other computer has returned from the computer hospital and is sitting in a box in the living room.

Tempted to nap.

Right now my "favorite" is e-mailing someone who is supposed to be in charge of a thing and finding out they know nothing about it, but aren't content to be confused in my general direction, oh no, they must muddy the waters and shriek about how the bees are everywhere and it's all my fault!

Okay, now the bees really are everywhere.

I want a nap. And for the bees to be someone else's problem.
