I think platform peep toe shoes are of dubious work-appropriateness, but when your toes overhang it's definitely a no go. Of course, this woman has also attended meetings in shorts, so I'm not responding with surprise.

well it depends on the nature of your work
but when your toes overhang it's definitely a no go.
this is just always wrong. Also, heels hanging off the back. or sides of feet hanging off the sides. (hate a poorly fitted shoe!)
