My caption for this is along the lines of "There's a great big hand on the other side of me. You guys see it, right? It's not just my imagination?"
This made me snort.
Today tired me out, and I didn't do anything. Of course, I've had precious few calories this weekend, so that might be related.
If you feel up to eating, you should try.

Not even remotely. Sadly to say, I'm fitting into some clothes I don't mind fitting into, but this isn't exactly the way. This weekend's calories came in the form of a chocolate mini bundt cake and a couple glasses of ginger ale. But I'm not slightly hungry. The ginger ale I'm sipping intermittently is way more than my stomach feels like handling.
I need to work out how to cope better. Hopefully I can get some help with that this week, though talking with the best friend today almost brought me to tears with relief at talking to someone who really hugely totally gets it (and me), and is someone whom I not just trust but believe and know how to translate.
ita, thought you'd like this picture - Grace showing off a good grip. Looks kinda like a straight punch.
I am almost done with the FNL pilot, and I think I love it even more than I remembered. I was totally tense during the football game, even though I knew they were going to win.

SO CUTE
Did anyone else watch "The Next Food Network Star"? It was supposed to repeat at 11 pm central so I turned it on and it appears to have started earlier than that -- is that right? When did the first run end?
-t, does NBC still have the FNL eps online? That's how I watched the entire season. Of fabulousness.
Wonderful pictures of Grace, Noah and company!
The sad thing is that this first assignment really rocks and I'm sad to have missed it. (
It's a "Dinner Impossible" sort of task and Chef Irvine is the main judge/mentor type person.
)
I love reading into baby pictures. In that one, lori, she's coldly insistent that she not be ignored just because she can't wail like her brother.
She slept all through my visit last week, and her brother was too caught up in setting his monitor's alarms off. I can't believe how much different they look just seven days later.
On the list of things I shouldn't be doing: Reading this list of the 25 saddest songs in the world.
My personal saddest list would have "It's So Hard To Say Goodbye" and "Strange Fruit" (although I've never heard it all the way through) and a touch more music from my own childhood, which is to say reggae.
Why are top X lists so addictive? Now I have to go read all the others on that site.
Man, good day for pictures of babies!
Oooh, I don't know, Jen, but I'll check now.
