Actually, I was thinking it would be sort of like a pet. You know, we could...we could name her Trixie, or Miss Kitty Fantastico, or something.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

On the outside, they look so ready to come home. The insides have to catch up a bit, but they look so ready. They're terribly cuddly. And squirmy.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Kalshane, Mattias is lovely, and it's great to get a glimpse of you and GF too!

Plus, SO jealous of Allyson for hugging the noodles!

hip deep in pie

Oh noodles!

So I went to mow my lawn for the second time today and promptly blew out the lawnmower. There was smoke and everything. I think I'm just going to pave over the grass.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Oh Allyson, sounds like a wonderful visit.

Hmm, better go snuggle my babes, I can hear one woke up weepy from naptime.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Oh, Noah and Grace. So good to hear how they are doing,e specially when they are making such great strides toward full independent peoplehood.

Art in the Park was pretty nifty. I didn't find anything for my brother, but I did get to have some food onna stick and picked up a hippie dress.. I found some art that I would love for myself if I ever get what I already have up on teh walls and have space leftover and money to fill it with. Nice to look at, anyway, even if I couldn't bring any home with me.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

HUGGING NOODLES! YAY!

Also? Kalshane, I'm so enjoying your joy in your new fatherhood. YAY!

That's all the yay I've got for now. Back to grading.

Very jealous of Allyson.

So I hadn't paid attention to the forecast since last thursday or so, and was wondering what the hell was up with the all day driving rain and wind thing?! It's like wimpy hurricane weather! I had plans to be outside...

Oh yeah, hurricane season. And there was a tropical storm, these are the leftovers. Which is why it is hurricany.

Oy.

I'm jealous of the rain. I miss rain. I think I need to move to a greener clime soon.

Noah and Grace were excited to meet their Aunt Allyson. Noah got a little overstimulated though.

In other news: we are now the owners of a 5-cubic foot deep freezer for the excess milk collected. And frozen dinners and ice cream. Seriously? it's CRAZY. Thank you to Lori who helped us move it.

And thanks to msbelle for onesies and tshirts. They are adorable.

For a minute, my brain went offline and I imagined a 5X5X5 ft freezer, and I was like ooooh, you can climb in when it gets really hot!

I'm ambivalent about the rain. I mean, we needed it. But this all day downpour with wind is tiresome. I prefer proper explosive storms. That don't last all day. I'm such a desert kid.

I want lazy rainy days though. It's been so droughty that we have had not enough rain.

I would not want to climb into a deep freezer, particularly one that is 125 cubic feet. That would be scary. A deep freezer feels like one of the most adult purchases I've made in a while. Deep freezers are what my parents have to put food up in. which I guess I am doing now, just with breastmilk.
