"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I just watched the Pushing Daisies pilot and OMG it is so. damn. cute. I can't quite see how it's going to play out long-term, but right now I'm just too utterly charmed by the whole thing to care. Hopefully ABC will be kinder to this than Fox was to Wonderfalls if it doesn't find an audience right away.

Also, either Lee Pace is really tall, or Kristen Chenoweth is really short. I suspect both, but wow. (At one point she's trying to talk to him and he's avoiding her and she stands on a coffee table in order to be eye to eye. And they're both so adorable!)

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Kristen Chenoweth is for sure a wee tiny person.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh, I remember why I wanted to post. I just got a save-the-date for a wedding shower, which is in September. I was like wtf, except, Sept 1 would be Labor Day weekend, wouldn't it? @@

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Oh, he's the darlingest little boo ever. Jilli should prepare a cage for two.

Now, see, if that skull was encrusted with garnets? Fuck your golden bathtub--I know what I'm sticking under my muu muu.
Well, yeah. You've got a cuddle lounge already.

I am keeping dibs on the golden tub. I am picturing it as a large-ish Japanese soaking tub. Nice and deep and comfy for long periods of time.

I think my idea living room would have a tub. Or my ideal bathroom would have a fireplace and a tv. And a computer.

Lee Pace is really adorable. He should be on my tv.

According to IMDB Kristen Chenoweth is about a half inch taller than me. I thought she was slightly taller than that. I also had no idea that that character of Harriet on Studio 60 was based on her.
