Probably my birthday meal. A little filet mignon with gnocchi and gorgonzola sauce and a petit lobster tail. The lobster was fine, but the filet mignon was fabulous, and cooked perfectly.

The one that's staying with me is morels sauteed in butter, and then using the leftover butter to dredge artichoke leaves in. Holy hell was that good.

Dinner last night. It was surprisingly tasty. I altered a recipe from Cooking Light on the fly. Indian curry chicken breast, pine nuts, couscous, asparagus and squash, topped with yogurt+garlic+cilantro.
