Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Or perhaps I shall have a friend do it and pretend it's Warrick from CSI. Whatever.
This! Choose this!
That ancestry thingie is so cool; I'm going to be all nosy about Theo and ita's experience with it, because I totally want to do it.
And, I'm off.
Anagram?
An anagram of a word is the word spelled backwards, right?
The anagram of anagram is margana.
eta: Nope, I'm thinking of palindrome. Obviously I have not had my enieffac.
Not necessarily spelled backwards - just with the letters rearranged.
Although I think a palindrome is usually a phrase - "Madam I'm Adam", "Able Was I Ere I Saw Elba", "A Man, A Plan, A Canal, Panama" and so on.
Note that I didn't even bother to google until after I posted that. Because I am secure enough that I don't care if I look like an idiot. Or something.

I was thinking of the Montey Python sketch. But yeah, in the sketch one of the characters says it doesn't work:
C: Well, I wish to complain. I got on the Bolton train and found myself deposited here in Ipswitch.
A: No, this is Bolton.
C: (to the camera) The pet shop man's brother was lying!!
A: Can't blame British Rail for that.
C: In that case, I shall return to the pet shop!
He does.
C: I understand this IS Bolton.
O: (still with the fake mustache) Yes?
C: You told me it was Ipswitch!
O: ...It was a pun.
C: (pause) A PUN?!?
O: No, no...not a pun...What's that thing that spells the same backwards as forwards?
C: (Long pause) A palindrome...?
O: Yeah, that's it!
C: It's not a palindrome! The palindrome of "Bolton" would be "Notlob"!! It don't work!!
My brain is still not working. Send espresso, a trepanation kit and a funnel....
Is it wrong that my mind boggles at the fact that David Boreanaz is on Broadway?
And woo hoo more MSCL dvd release news!!!! October 30th AND it's affordable.
(BTW, JZ - when I saw that article re: Gothiness - I KNEW Buffistas had to read it.)
