Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

You know, I'm not sure I have her friended.

It's the same name, w/ no spaces. And the small person is lovely, and looks quite determined to take on the world already.

Now tagless for your comfort.

the beautiful epidural person is your friend.

And you will announce that to the anesthesiologist. I swear.

The twenty hours without it wasn't nearly as much fun as the four after my first epi. I think I offered to have the babies of the guy who did mine. After I was finished with the one I was having.

Congrats to the hubby, Fred, but I'm sorry about Teddy. Much kitty-ma for you.

Labor-ma for Jess and E and can't wait for the Alter-to-be to make an appearance.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

It's funny, because I heard about their pregnancies about the same time, but didn't really keep track of the actual dates, so when LJ had her baby, I was just thinking, "So that makes it time for Jess, huh? Actually, I don't know...."

In short: YAY BABIES.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Welcome, Lyra's daughter!

Thanks for the thoughts about Teddy. He's 13.5, so he hasn't had a bad run. But Tara expressed a big truth when she said, "It's always unexpected."

I'm going to go with the epi when I have a kid. In fact, the doctor will say "congratulations Mrs ______, you're pregnant" and I'll say "thank you. Now let's talk about the drugs"

Aw, that Craigslist wedding story was just what I needed to fix my rage-filled day!

I have been looking at pictures of dudes making out. It's hard to be angry at the world when I'm too busy spinning around in my chair making "EE HEE HEE" noises.
