My wife and I being advocates of natural childbirth, I should add my $0.02 that drug-free childbirth can be relatively pain-free and easier than laboring on your back. But however it works for the mom is best.

I don't know about Canadian practices, but American courts are (at least, used to be) very lenient on who may serve as a legal witness for a wedding. At least with the judge I worked for one summer, it was a fairly routine part of employee duties to witness weddings of complete strangers. I did it a couple times.

I thought technically, it was all about density of tastebuds? As in, supertasters have more of them, so one can in theory test for it by tinting the things.
I'm a normal taster with a good sense of smell. The smell aspect throws me off foods a lot.
