I really don't remember getting any anti-drug education in (public) elementary or (all-girls Catholic) high school. It's possible that all the drugs I did in college have erased those memories though.

I think we had a section on drugs in health class in 8th grade or so. IIRC it covered illegal and prescription/OTC drugs in what was, looking back, a very non-judgemental informational way. This would have been during the Reagan years, but maybe we hadn't gotten new just-say-no books or something.
