Natter 52: Playing with a full deck?
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
My rules is, you're ok if your shoulders are covered, not ok if your boobs are not. So if you're wearing a cardigan, I don't care what's under it unless you're having trouble wearing it without pulling it over your boobs.
Good call.
Serious Florida casual in my office. Flip flops, tank tops, shorts. Anything goes. No one ever comes to the office. We go to them, usually via VPN, but if a road trip happens we have a stash of company shirts around.
Bwah! That is the best LOLcat evah.
Oh yeah, keep in mind that when I say "to work" I mean generally business-casual. I don't think I've ever had a job where either suits or jeans were standard work wear.
Would any of you NOT work at a place because it had a dress code? What would be the breaking point in strictness?
pantyhose, Robin. That's just ridonkulous.

Dress code = Gold lamé hotpants?
I don't think I have worked in an office that had a strict dress code. When I work in other people's offices I keep in mind the dress there. When I need to train in banks it is very conservative business dress.
If the position and pay were right I would dress up right fancy every day. It's not that important to me to wear my t-shirts.
