I'm watching Hell's Kitchen and I feel really bad for the short order cook that no one will listen to.

Summer school starts on the 18th. I have Professional Development, which is normally fine since I enjoy my profession, but this week I would rather eat my own eyeballs on toast.

And summer school ends August 10th...and back-to-school ProfDevt begins August 13th. If I get more developed, I'ma need a new brain-bra.

HK: I know! What the heck is that about? I feel like I missed whatever it was that happened that made people NOT talk to her. Also - these people are professionals and they can't fry an egg ?

I'm wondering if maybe because she's a short order cook that there's some snobbery involved? Or maybe she rubbed some one the wrong way. I don't know. But yeah, how can you be any kind of chef and not cook an egg?

Oh also if I wanted to be a diner on the show I would not be there on the first show and expect food.

OMG - I don't recall Scott loosing his temper like that last year. They are seriously running out of food because they've fucked up all their ingredients? Wow -- these guys totally suck. It's going to be fun to compare this show and these competitors to TC and NFNS.

It looks like the short order cook isn't just a short order cook,but a Waffle House cook. That could be a reason they are shutting her out. And someone just said "she works at Waffle House, come on" so yeah I'd say it's the snob factor.

And I'm stuck on Comcast hell. It was going so well but right now I keep getting "CVR your selection is complete, please press any key to conference in the customer and then release" and I was told not to hang up or they'd have to start everything over. I knew I shouldn't have called at 9 pm, but I wanted to get Digital cable so I can get BBCA and check out Hollyoaks.
