Hil, I bookmarked that site. I'm not vegan in the slightest, but I am intrigued by some of the recipes.
Some of them are really good, but others that I've tried aren't so great. I like that site because she does so many creative things with the food -- like the corn dogs or this fondue. (I think next time I make the fondue, I'll use a touch more nutritional yeast -- somewhere between 1/8 and 1/4 of a cup -- and substitute roasted red peppers for some of the carrots. But it's still really great as it is.)
