Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Couldn't this get LESS complicated rather than MORE? Salvation Army won't take my furniture (Goodwill wouldn't even be able to come until next week), and my plan for my nearly-new futon fell through. Maybe I just have to stay here?

do you have Freecycle? I got rid of a LOT of stuff that way. Also, try Craigslist "free" section.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

I was just about to suggest this. I had an old sofa that no one would take (either because I have a cat or because it was on a second floor). I posted it for free on Craigslist. Gone in a few hours.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I will not flip out like a mammal.

I won't, I won't, I won't.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

I am not! At least not as of yet, but you're more than welcome to book me.

I'll have to check the dates and exact location.

Definately this. Playtime activities are much dependant on location.

Consider yourself booked. I'm assuming you work for liquor?

Here's the scoop: The conference runs June 24-26, 2008 and it's at the Hilton Anatole. I should be available for playtime on the 24th and the 26th, and depending on various factors that won't make themselves known until we're closer to the date, the 27th.

Maria, playing with Daisy in Dallas is the best!

I'm quite looking forward to it. You know, if you didn't have to go gallavanting off to upstate New York, I could have played with you. Orlando would have been more tolerable if I would have gotten some Laura time.

No, I don't think I will - me, quoting Captain Steve Rogers, to all of 2020

What's up, Aims?

Tenant, boss, or family? Regardless, whomever it is is an asshat at the moment.

If you do flip out, all I know is that you were here with me, in DC, at the time.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Oh, misunderstanding re: payroll between me and our payroll company and then the company I'm supposed to make a payment to not accepting Money Gram online payments.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Dude. You are literally close enough for me to pick you up on my way home from work! And, you're just down the road from the Grapevine. Plus, 35 will get you to tons of places south and north.
