And then there was the burning desire for video capability when it was brought in to the Postal Center and the guy working there saw the Thing for the first time. Priceless. Absolutely priceless.
My favorite part was when he tried to say, "Do you want to insure that?" and couldn't finish the sentence because he was laughing too hard.
