I was just called by a recruiter asking if I were interested in a Senior Medical Writer position in the East Bay. I told him I was very happy in my current position and also referred him to a friend of a friend who was looking for such a job.
This time two years ago, I was sending out résumés and calling dozens of recruiters/companies myself. Now, they call me.

I really am. My boss is awesome. We're a pretty small group right now; it's just him, me, and another woman who is sort of a different sensibility than we are.
