Do you know what else has blood in it? Blood.

Spike ,'Sleeper'

Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Got the boxes home, started transferring books from one of the old boxes into one of the new ones, and... they're exactly the same size. Dammit!

Oh, shit. I'm sorry. I remember thinking those boxes were good book-sized boxes when I bought them too.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

What would make anyone want to have an apartment in Plano?

Because it's "nice" and away from us dirty hippies. You can have luxury on the cheap and not have to look at the tatooed freaks downtown. Quite a few of them have their own myspace pages. For instance here [link]

Toddson: Ha! Although, I think back home we'd say "I'm from Louisiana, I have hounds and...wait, they're already loose."

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Yes, but you've also never been to a pole dancing lesson, so you don't count as LA.

I disagree. But I might suggest that at a pole dancing class, information about one's coochie grooming is not quite as unexpected as, say, at work. I mean, just guessing here, but I would think at least some of the women in a pole dancing class were planning on showing off their new skills.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I've been to Plano, and I'm trying to never come back. I might be letting my bad work experiences taint it, but I'm kinda comfortable with that.

Toddson, right now my bruises are from IVs or blood draws, so I welcome any new kinds.

The pole dancing and coochies had no relationship in my head. Just that pole dancing was another thing people are making me feel like everyone here tried, and you haven't.

I'll blame it on krav, even though that doesn't cover it all.

They are! But not for mailing, is all.

They're heavy even not for mailing, though, if I remember correctly.

This is wise.

I'm a North of Mockingbird is Too North Dallas girl myself.

North Dallas is where the scary blondes with H2s live.

Thanks, babe.

I'm off to have dinner with the brother. Talk to you all later.
