Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

It's part of why the Inca never made much use of the wheel (despite what I'd been taught, they DID have them pre-columbus -- but it was easier to pack llamas than haul carts around.)

I heard they used wheels primarily on kids' toys. I like the idea of kids complaining that all they had were these stoopid wheels, and when were they going to be allowed to borrow the llama for the weekend?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Boys just wanna borrow the llama so they can take girls out on dates. Which of course leads to the parking and the making out on the llama.

Then there's the tragic alcohol-related llama accidents....

Well, yeah. At least parents these days don't have to worry that their teenager might get the car drunk.

Yeah. What happens is the teenagers get drunk and start to make out on the llama, then the llama finishes the booze.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Mom is now home.

When I got to the hospital, unsurprisingly all the paperwork was not done. She demanded they take out the IV, she put on her clothes, and she got as far as the elevator before they called her back, put her in a wheelchair and finally got the paperwork settled.

Woman was determined. Stubborn, even. So glad that isn't hereditary.

Our wings are not tired.

Suzi, I am so pleased to know she is feeling better and at home.

move out and draw fire

Hi everybody! We are back from a weekend with Robert in lovely Carlisle, PA. PA is pretty; Carlisle's a truck stop.

Suzi, glad your mom is home. I hope she is on the mend and doesn't stubborn herself out of healing.

Jilli's Royal Cupcakeness comes through to total strangers, apparently. Fun story! (And I was finally able to listen to Black Parade without sobbing like a baby).

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Ugh I feel so bad for my mom. She's having a really hard time being in the presence of my sister's husband but we're trying to be supportive so that my sister can figure things out on her own. The guy was ten times ruder to me than he ever was to my mom but I barely see him anymore. She seems him almost once a week when he and sis sleep over at Mom & Dad's house. I feel like it's OK for Mom to tell Sis "I love you but I'm sorry I just can't stand your husband anymore." Dad thinks that's making a bad situation worse. I think we may end up going to counseling together (me and Mom.) ::stomp::scream::wallpunch::

It's nice to see some brave pretenders trying to make it interesting.

Suzi, glad your mom is home safely.

I came home tonight to hear my cat howling at me. I first thought he got outside, but then I discovered he was actually locked in my landlady's room, where he had been all day I guess. Fortunately the bedding he used as his litter will all wash and the mattress itself seems to be fine. Unfortunately, the poor kitty was locked in a room all day and is a little freaked out.

In dad news, I haven't heard anything since Friday's switch to suspected Infectious Disease of some sort.
