Go Emmett!
Not Succeeding is a big part of baseball, and yet you can still do amazing things.
Yes, this.
Matilda is so big! And so adorable in her headgear and her gothbaby attire! Is she close to crawling now?
Stephen bought the HP book today, so claimed First Read as his right. I may not see him until sometime tomorrow morning.
Is she close to crawling now?
Sort of. I mean, she gets around. She does a sort of half crawl, half butt scoot. To describe: Both hands are down. Her right leg reaches out. Her left leg is back (bent at the knee) and she scoots forward. Every once in a while she'll advance both knees at the same time (The Classic Crawl) but abandons it after one or two advances.
Also, she cruises a lot and can pull herself up.
I have landed safely in Burbank. Now they just need a gate to open up for us.
I love Creative Crawling. Babies are resourceful creatures. And babies discovering mobility are awesome. Independent movement! Agency!
Which leads to bumped heads and frustration a lot, but is still cool to watch.
My sleep patterns are All Screwed Up. This does not amuse.

Ah, the Potter widow, yes.
My sleep patterns are All Screwed Up. This does not amuse.
Feh. I hate that.
Matilda is the cutest thing...
Hey, I recognize that pyromaniac vixen.
Hey! That's ... still the nicest thing that's been said about me on the internets, actually.
I just spent a crazy amount of time playing with my new thumb drive. It glows blue. So I am calling it Tardis. And patiently waiting for the Doctor to arrive.
You are a foamy, spicy pyromaniac vixen!
Which Doctor? Or does it matter?
I may be fading. Stephen's booklight is glowing yellow over here. Oh, tempting book which will not be mine for another day at least...
Deena, the site is gorgeous! And what an incredible idea for a site, too.
JZ, you have a lovely baby. What a wonderful face!
Which Doctor? Or does it matter?
Oh, I can be flexible.
I just realized something. When SA is here? I can show her Brian Williams on TDS. It's my favorite segment ever. Which most every Buffista who has ever stayed with me can attest to because I am kinda evil and make everyone watch it. Brian Williams, man. I love this clip.
