Hello, all. I'm back from the interview and eating blueberry waffles.
Yay, vw!!! Of course you're still a grade whore. You wouldn't be you, otherwise!
The interview went well, I guess. Again, it's not my first pick of jobs since it's only part-time.
On the way there, I got a call from the school I decided to not interview with last week. They must be really desperate because they asked me to come in and interview again. I lied and told them I already had a job for the fall.
Good news, I got called for a second interview with the middle school tomorrow for the drama job. Yay!!!

Go ChiKat with the interviews!
Second-interview~ma, ChiKat!
eeep. Can I put a call out for Philly-area buffistas.... DH has the job-offer-we-didn't-expect. [The good.] The one that requires a move. [The painful]. Possibly to within 3.43 miles of my parents house. [headdesk]

brown-noser! and non-specific, since you'll be more miles from the Kentucky cousins, too.
Congrats, ChiKat!
What, no finger monkeys, -t?
Qualified congratulations to Sox and husband. Hope you find a fabulous affordable place close enough to work and far enough from parents for sanity all around.
Eta: I'll link 'em if I find 'em, Sparky.
The King Tut exhibit is in Philly, Sox....

Nora's fambly is HAWT!
Also, I love the dresses the ladies are wearing esp. Nora's red and the green one on the lady right next to her.
ChiKat, go you on the many interviews!!! hope the one you love best makes you the best offer!
Speaking of offers, I'm supposed to be getting one today from that company in Fells Point. AM going crazy waiting for it in my gmail box and also wondering if maybe they mailed it and it will be DAYS before I know. CRAZY MAKING! I'm excited but nervous too about the potential change and also that it won't be clear to me if the offer is a good one, worth making the scary changes for, and I won't know what to decide! Or I'll make the wrong decision! AIYIYI
(Also, Sox, you can't move to Philly! We just met! ... although, of course, if it's a great deal I guess you should do what you need to do...I guess)
Fingers crossed for you, lisah!
Damn that company that gave your DH the offer, Sox! This reminds me off all those times I heard my sister (G) and her DH say that they could live anywhere but SoCal -- which is, of course, where they ended up.
