ack! double post!
But - I meant to say something about the woman put a lot of effort into getting her son into a strict school. Then, the first week or so of school, decides she doesn't want him to have to follow all the rules.
'Serenity'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Wow. Cashmere, those pictures are absolutely stunning. I am addicted to Flickr, so I saw 'em before I even checked out the Bitches thread. The one of you and Christopher should SO be framed.
And Vortex, I've used the Crest Whitestrips to very good effect. In fact, two applications (I wear them when I am vacuuming! It's the only time I'm not talking or drinking wine or coffee.) made a tremendous difference. They're spendy, but worth it.
Note how I resisted the tanning decree.
Cash, good choice.
I should have gotten my teeth whitened.
I feel the need to point out that this specific picture seems to be color-adjusted compared to the outdoor pictures (or maybe the outdoor pictures are color-adjusted). Either way, the color on the indoor picture seems to be darker all the way around -- your dress, your skin tone, your hair -- maybe to compensate for the light background.
So, you may feel free to get your teeth lightened, but I don't think that specific picture is quite accurate.
(I say that as an unrepentant coffee-drinker who *really* needs to do something about my beige teeth.)
Yes, Cashmere, I meant to say that the picture of you and your DH is lovely - you both look happy, maybe a little abashed at how happy you are, but just charming.

Totally -- your DH is a big cutehead.
t edit Also, how's your back these days?
I've said it before but Cash is a total babe.
A round of pain-ease for my friends.
I've got Emmett's baseball game out in Walnut Creek today. It's only the Finals, but not the Championship Games.
I don't know how I could've confused Finals with the last game.
And my dentist has suggesed the deluxe - $950! - tooth whitening. My teeth are fairly healthy, but badly discolored. 40+ years of coffee, tea, cola ... I'm tempted, but damn that's expensive!
How long does it last?
If you can afford to do it, Todd, and you want to you should. Its an every day thing, you know? And its on your face. Its like laying out the money for good glasses or mascara.
Deffinately a luxury, but not a rediculous one.
Just utterly wonderful pictures, Cash. Bother the teeth; those pictures are full of you. And the picture of you and Christopher is indeed gorgeous.
this whole Rogers-bashing thing has got me seeing red.
I can't even think about Mr. Rogers for too long or I get all teary at how thoroughly, down to the bone decent he was, and how that decency was a kind of genius. The haters clearly have not seen or read anything of him in ages and are just working their hate off of fuzzy memories and a general pall of get-offa-my-lawn grumpitude. They make me want to say words that would make Mr. Rogers very disappointed in me so I won't say them, but it's hard not to.
Chiming in with saying just how wonderful Cashmere looked in the wedding pictures. Although, I really don't understand why your sister wants to wear colored contacts, you have the prettiest eyes! Those overly blue ones don't look natural to me. But, then, neither does the tan, I'm glad you resisted.
d, much ~ma to you, your dad and the rest of the family.
sj, premie~ma to your friend. That helpless feeling really sucks, I hope she finds herself a little calmer after she's been home a while. Her baby is in very good hands.
IOmeN, I've done more cleaning around the condo in the last week than in the last month. I think the increased dose of my meds has really helped with my motivation.
My friend Chip worked with the guy who administered Fred Rogers foundation. And Chip went to school with his son. Fred Rogers in person was exactly the guy he portrayed on the show.
(Though Chip always noted that Jamie Rogers was quite the pot-head and maybe you'd have to be if your dad was Fred Rogers.)
