That's my girl, large and in-charge. Okay, teensy-weensy and in charge.

Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

If only you had someone hooked up at, say, a bar...

Yeah. I just don't want to go up there today though. I don't get off until 7:30 and I want to be home in time for Eureka.

Also, last week was a little haywire, so I'm ready for quiet time and that place is anything but quiet.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Oh! Hec, I got my hair cut on Saturday! It's very short, vaguely anime/mod.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Oooh, I want one of those!

No, I don't think I will - me, quoting Captain Steve Rogers, to all of 2020

Pour me a beer, juliana? Anything will do.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

That sounds yummy ... and cool.

Rain is back, with thunder - I'm just hoping it'll cool things down a little. I'm not going out to see if it has.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

But that is a sipping drink. I have no patience. I am ready to commit homocide. Why, when someone goes out on maternity, is the person left behind to cover utterly unable to keep up. At all. After 7 months of training and practice?

Snarl.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

You trained someone to take over for a person out on maternity? Like, a whole person just for that job? Wow. The last time someone went out on maternity here, my boss handed me all her work and said here, you do this til she gets back.

Almost had a breakdown. But I kept up.
