Lovely weekend. On Saturday, GF, Kristin, ND, and I went to the Huntington Library, which was gorgeous (and v. v. hot). GF and I are also coveting the Pasadena bungalow, so don't be surprised if we end up out that way at some point... Today GF and I went to my 2nd cousin's 6th bday party. She was so cute, telling her friends, "Those are my aunts!" (Totally pronounced ants - from the South over here.) Tonight I BBQd shrimp and green beans (with jalapeno, garlic, olive oil, water), and we made corn and deviled eggs. Now we are about to watch Night of the Hunter (loves it) and drink lemon drop martinis. I told you it was lovely!
Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

That is an excellent night.
We're watching all the Harry Potter movies since they've been running on cable and Emmett's having a reheated burrito for dinner. I have no idea what JZ and I are eating.

Ours is an evil laugh. We shall convince all of our friends to move to our town, oh yes we shall.
I ate taquitos. But since brunch was hot fudge stuffed french toast- I think a balance between food and FOOD was achieved
Sniff, Hec didn't comment on my baseball squee-age.
I forgot about the bridal shower we went to on Saturday. My cousin's bride loved the nawty gifts. Between mine and her SIL-to be, she had a full "too much candy" outfit. Bra, garters, garter belt, and panties.
In honor of Winchester this bears (re?)posting. Rules for Stray Cats
ooh serial: half my anxiety is alleviated. My knight in shining armor is coming over here to loan me money!
Oh, Laga, that's priceless. I love it.
Also, yay for knights in any kind of armor!

Uh...consumed by jealousy?
No, that's totally cool. Dave's always going to be one of my favorite Athletics, and Vida's way cool.
Did you know that when Tim Hudson came up he pulled his hat down exactly like Dave Stewart's and tried to copy his death glare?
Laga, I love that link. I finally remembered to send it to my mom this time; I know she's going to love it too, especially since her "stray cat" from a year ago now lives like a lord in her house!
