So I finally gave up waiting for reruns on Nickelodeon, and bought the 2nd season of Avatar from iTunes.
Oooh! You'll like it. First season is good, but the second season is wonderful. Much more character development and long, intertwining arcs. Lots of fascinating twists and turns with fascinating world building.

The second season of Avatar is amazing stuff, and some of the best storytelling on television, period. The characterization is also extremely well done.

What is even happening?
Laga, I just spent 3 hours driving (because my dh is having back spasms) what ought to be a one hour drive, much of it in the rain. I couldn't take an Ativan before the drive, because DRIVING! I am now having a glass of wine. Please have a martini for my sake. I hate to drink alone.
