Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Timelies. Just skipped a zillion posts. ~ma to whoever needs any.

I got an A in my sign class! (And, um, got a little upset at myself that I just got 90%, and some of my classmates got higher. But I realized that this was an incredibly dumb thing to be upset about.) Then I stopped at the Gallaudet bookstore and got a bunch of "Baby's First Signs" board books for the three baby showers I'm going to in the next month. (Some of the baby sign books were kind of boring-looking, but I found one series of really cute ones.) I'm kind of sad about class ending -- this class was a lot of fun. But, I'm taking ASL II in the fall.

Then, worked on some of my research for a little while. Ended up with a couple of kind of neat ideas, but nothing that's quite working out yet. But, it's a direction, which is more than I had before.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Congrats, Hil.

Cass, Trinian is fine. She's a little groggy but relatively cheery.

Oh good. I am glad she came through well. Pictures of the new lion cut?

I was thinking of her especially when I was bringing my critters home today. There was much with the vocal annoyance and mournful crying.

You can carry a cat dog in it, apparently.

Getting up tomorrow and going belly dancing. Am out-of-proportion nervous. Don't like going new places.

LOVE IT! I saw it at the Sanrio store in my mall the other day. So adorable! Have you a little friend to tote around in it?

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

I know of what you speak, Emily. To this day I don't think anyone knows how terrified I was to go the the caporia ( i have no idea of the real spelling of that) class with JZ. Someone I didn't know well( except I did) meeting her at a strange place , to do something Physical that I had never done before (walk into walls much) with strangers and someone I only sort of knew. If it had been closer , I would have gone again.

Indeed I do!

Miss Dallas has had a sherpa bag for years and its wonderful, but I think its a little less comfortable as she gets older and possibly stiffer. This one seems roomier.
