I'm a vision of hotliness, and how weird is that? Mystical comas. You know, if you can stand the horror of a higher power hijacking your mind and body so that it can give birth to itself, I really recommend 'em.

Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

A plea:

Please do not call to register for something I have to prepare materials for the day before the freaking thing takes place.

Please do not call 4 times in a row to try and get the person you want to talk to. (5 as I'm typing this)

Please write down the information I'm giving you, as I give it to you.

If you do ask me for information over the phone, do not, after hearing me explain, ask me if I can email it to you.

Do not snap at me with, "That's. not. what. I. was. told." I cannot help what someone else told you. I can only tell you the process as I know it.

The above will keep me from cutting a bitch as it has already been a very bad week.

Mostly lurking...

Oh, Fred, that sounds really positive. I hope he continues to improve.

I HAVE ALLYSON'S BOOK! It's so exciting! Just had to say that. Now to go to dinner...

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

We're on our way home. I miss the beach already, but I'm looking forward to sleeping in my own bed tonight.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Yay beach!

I read the Us magazine, cleaned the BBQ, and am halfway through cleaning the bathroom. Rock!

I went to the Disney Studios for lunch with GF (she's working over there). It was fun to walk around and we shopped in their store, which has exclusive stuff. GF picked up an exclusive Ratatouille (sp?) pin and I got my niece a Disneyland version of Candyland for her upcoming birthday. It was a nice way to spend the lunch hour.

I think I can call last night's party our best 4th ever, because we had enough sparklers that the bucket of water we used to hold the burnt-out sparklers caught on fire. All the sparkler sticks started merrily burning away.
It was a really fabulous party.

And we did catch the water bucket on fire. There was pyro glee.

Cass was standing across from me over the burning water bucket, cackling delightedly.
Because we caught water on fire. On. Fire. It was fantastic!

Home, have rescued both cats from the cattery.

And Puppycat got a manicure. They'd forgotten but did it before I took them home. Less bleeding for me!

Ah, there's Cass. I was beginning to wonder what had happened to you.

P.S.

LOOM.

The status is NOT quo.

So jealous of pyro 4th goodness!

I was in fear of LOOM. And rightly so.

Yes, this was probably our best ever 4th of July bash. We had approximately 50 people and were able to feed and entertain them easily.

Most everyone left with full bellies and REALLY big smiles. It was a very good vibe.

It was really a lovely and very fun party.

And the groupings of people were constantly readjusting and flowing too. There were a lot of people I didn't get to see enough, but only because there were Just So Many People.

Then we caught the water bucket on fire. Good times... I am craving cherries too. If I hadn't missed my cats, I might never have wanted to leave.

How's Trin?
