Happy Belated Birthday, Sean! More cake!

I got sunburnt a couple weeks ago, and when it peeled I thought Mal was going to lose it. People are not allowed to peel in Toddlerland, apparently.

OK. I've had coffee. I have no excuse to not go find my motivation.

Fashion I Look Askance At: I was at a wedding this weekend and there were all these young, tan, slender young women wearing short dresses that looked like sacks hanging from the neck. So freaking dumpy looking and unflattering. And, there were like 4 or 5 of these dresses in attendance! Baffling.

Missed the turnover, had a very long weekend in many senses of the word. Processing family stuff- er, I'll just move along with life I think.

Nora! I was going to e-mail you today. We should do lunch sometime next week.

I thought about it, but couldn't imagine you'd really want to be sitting out in the sun watching Little League games.

Ahhhhh! I had to run around friendslocking like a mad fiend.

Not that there's anything extremely controversial over there, but there were a few comments that could be construed as mildly critical here and there and that's very impolitic in this enivironment. Plus all my personal stuff.

Happy only slightly belated birthday to Seany!

In my current medical drama, I'm getting over an eye infection. The exact same symptoms (though caught early, thankfully) as the ones you're seeing on the news. However, I've never used the brand of product responsible for all those others. Ever. (My optometrist thinks a cold virus lingered in my body and found its way to my eyes. Which sounds crazy to me; but as my major was Liberal Arts, rather than Medicine, I guess I'll take his word for it). I'm doing much better (symptoms started about a week ago, diagnosed last Thursday), just a bit of residual redness, still wearing glasses today. And had to wear my glasses to dance classes last night, which reminded me why I like my contacts so. very. much.

I'm actually caught up in the morning, so I can try to participate all day, yay! I've been feeling like such a stranger! Rassen-frassen blocking software grumble...
