Ugh. Cassie, why are you up so early, too?
I have absolutely no clue. Been awake for an hour. Maybe my body wants a nap later so it's making time for it? Yeah, no idea.
Sorry about the crazy dreaming, Kristin. I don't even remember mine, just seemingly blank dreams and then woke up. Weird for me.
Fell asleep on the couch, sans Nyquil. Woke up to dog sticking his tongue up my nose. Blech.
Fever seems to be broken, but it left a lovely headache as a parting gift. Wheeeee.
Oh Suzi, I'm so sorry that you're sick. Hope you feel better soon.

The annoying thing about my dreams lately is that they are
all about teaching.
It's summer, dammit! I'm not supposed to have angsty anxiety dreams about teaching for at least another six weeks! And yes, I know that writing the blog is making me think about teaching more, but come ON, brain!
So yeah. Woke up tired and worried about/annoyed by a class that doesn't exist. @@
but it left a lovely headache as a parting gift.
Hot shower and coffee and you're good to go.
It's not early on the East Coast anymore, but I was up at 5:30 feeding a hungry baby. And then up again at 7:30 doing the same thing. Thankfully DH is distracting him now so I was at least able to shower and eat breakfast.
Babies = cute and extremely lovable, but OMGSOTIRING. Remind me again why we evolved such helpless infants? Were the big brains really that much of an advantage over the other monkeys?

*says nothing*
Hope you sleep better tonight.
I have cat on lap. She is pleased.

Hmmm.... tough call.
Jessica, I am loving the little punkinhead pictures. What an expressive face! And yeah, tiring. So hard to make yourself nap when they do instead of popping up and getting stuff done. But naps are a good and wonderful thing.
I must admit that I love the not being needed for every single thing phase of parenthood. The teen moods are annoying, but easier to ignore than sobbing. Each phase has the good and bad. Also, babies smell better than teen boys, really.
Hey, all! I missed birthdays! Bad me! Goddamn, there are a lot of late Juners...including my sister who turned 33 yesterday. That's unpossible! So happy birthday to...um...Teppy, Hec, JZ, epic, and java cat! and if I missed anyone, I am heartily sorry and should be spanked.
Jilli, I take Celexa, for depression. I have no problems with it. It comes in generic, which is way cheaper.
I was going to say something else, but I forgot. MAybe a shower will help.
