Hil, if you are going to be teaching it makes sense to consider the therapy.
This is one of the strong points in favor. One of the sounds I have trouble with is "ch," and every calculus class uses the chain rule. I've kind of developed a habit of saying "and then you use the chain rule -- derivative of the outside times the derivative of the inside -- to get the derivative of this part," since I know I won't be understood if I don't say the definition in the sentence. Similar with quotient rule -- "quotient" comes out kind of like "quonte."
Hec, there has been plenty of sweat. Seriously.
You what is not cool? A Puppycat clambering over my legs and using her claws for traction. Because I am wearing my ohmygodluxury pale gray cashmere lounge pants and I don't fancy them bloodied.
She is so lucky I don't believe in declawing.
Hec, there has been plenty of sweat. Seriously.
Okay, as long as you're sweaty.
my teeny fever went away -
I don't do anything to encourage the fever, I don't tend to take anything unless I am severely uncomfortable. (things like not sleeping, bad)
Cass, have you considered those little claw cover things? They are like...glue on nails?
Home from fireworks. They were awesome. Toto was FREAKED.

Do they come with full body armor?
Hil, if your parents are willing to pay and it will give you more confidence when you're teaching, you should definitely do it.
Ouch, Cass.
Still no electricity, so we're going to bed. No more pirates for me tonight.
Bother about no more pirates. Light candles! (Okay, this is my default response to things.)

I tried them but it's so hard to pin the Puppycat down. I really, really, really need to trim her claws. Or finally take her into the vet and let them do it.
Or the body armor. For me.
