I'd rather stay home and watch television. It's often funnier than killing stuff.

Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

The status is NOT quo.

t first world problem My dot mac mail has apparently been bouncing random emails back for no reason. My poor father in particular said that he's tried to send me close to a dozen messages in the past couple of months, and they keep coming back. The really annoying thing, though, is that I get *some* of his emails, and I seem to get *most* of the rest. I have no way of knowing who else has given up writing to me because they can't take the annoying bounceback anymore. ARGH! t /first world problem

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Reports this morning on the radio are that the fire hasn't jumped 89 and doesn't seem likely to. There are 1900 firefighters there and they've fortified 89 very well. It's being constantly guarded, and although two small fires have broken out on the far side of 89 in the past 18-24 hours, the fire chief emphasized that they were (a) incredibly small, and (b) fully extinguished almost instantly.

The fire's now 40+% contained, and they're feeling much more hopeful today than yesterday. Although "more hopeful" for them = "it'll definitely be completely out by the weekend after July 4." And apparently the soot and smoke and debris are going to play havoc with the lake's ecosystem.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

Eesh, JZ, no-wind-sudden-rainstorm-ma. So sucky that you're having to stress on your B-day.

And on that topic, Very, Very Happy B-Day, JZ!!!

Continued ~ma for Laura and Anne and their loved ones.

Laura, I wish you the safest of travels Northward, and some awesome chilling out when you get there.

Peace-ma to EM.

I seriously do not need to be out in public today.

L is now sharing details of her UTI. Please STOP. Just....no.

Sounds like L is the one who shouldn't be allowed in public. TMI much, Share-y McShareton? Not-stabinating-people-who-are-clearly-begging-for-it-ma to Suzi.

Oh, yeah, Mellow Greetings, Everyone.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

she's one of those tiny people with a huge presence that fills up a room

Like Kristin Hersh! ~ma to EM. Also ~ma to JZ's family home.
