Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Oi! Glen! Bob! Get well and strong quicker than you are! You are distressing mah Bitches and by extension me.

What is even happening?

Happy Birthday, JZ!

Anne and Laura, Glen and Bob are in my thoughts, as are you. I'm sorry things are so hard.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

Seriously: I chose Cleveland for this section of the story I'm working on because you made me feel like I knew the place last time I begged for Cleveland info.)

I like being your font of Cleveland info. You can always drop me a note and I'll look up anything I don't know.

Anne and Laura, I hope there's better news today.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

HAPPY JZ DAY!!

Because books.

Happiest of birthdays to the lovely JZ! With cake and sparklies and love and hugs!

Also? It is very hard to control myself -- we have so much baby stuff on clearance at work, and I keep looking at things that would be perfect for Matilda, and for Owen and Liv, and Dylan...

Our wings are not tired.

Another nice thing on this JZilicious day. My mom and step-dad are celebrating their 20th anniversary today. Wow! My parents were married 39 years when my dad died at age 62. Mom certainly never thought she would be getting married again in her mid 60s. And now 20 years have passed. SD insists he is due another 19 years. That would make mom 105. Works for me.

They are in Cape Cod to celebrate. They are the cutest couple ever. Always holding hands and saying lovey stuff.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Crap. My computer ate my nice long post. I skippity-skimmed 400 posts, so I offered a few hugs and some ~ma (and a few curses) for specific folks as needed ~em. I continue to do so. On the topic of MTV videos, I am clueless. I didn't spend that much time in front of the TV in the 80s and I was overseas for half of them without access. I have no comment on them, other than I remember dancing in clubs to most of those songs. They were very danceable.

On to the important news:

Happy Birthday, JZ!!!
