Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Our wings are not tired.

Thanks for the hugs, AmyLiz. It's looking likely that I will be headed in your direction before long. It would be nice to collect some of those in person.

Right now I am heading outside to sip a glass of wine with a GF. Sad enough to write a bit in LJ. I think most of you are friends. {{my friends}}

I don't want to be a downer and such. It is just hard to keep positive. Ugh, life she is hard.

I'm enjoying the pretty baby pictures and stories of success in school and work. I love reading the happy.

Old Forge? Hannibal? I can never remember. But yes! Let me know when you're headed this way, please!

::hugs Laura some more::

I just realized that Peter Gabriel looks a lot like Angus MacFayden.

love's a dream you enter though I shake and shake and shake you

And upon rewatching the video, Boy George? Kinda hot.

My first crush on an entertainer was on Boy George. I had a big poster of him on my wall, and Culture Club was my first concert.

This explains a LOT.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

There was lovely good news in here today and the need for hugs, as well.

It's either this or continue work on the crackaddled DA/SPN crossover I jokingly started.
It's Ackles Overload! I'm so intrigued by this! Whee!
CrAckles.

When I get some time, I need to check and see if the full-length video for my favorite Duran Duran video of all time: "Nightboat".

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I went to the Duran Duran concert a few years ago. They played the chauffeur (simon wore a cute little chauffeur cap and slunk up to the mic, mmmm)

This is the short video for Nightboat. I have the longer one but I don't know if it is on the vhs or the (gasp!) betamax tapes. There was excellent stuff on those betamax tapes I made.

When I saw them ... five-ish years ago? four? ... with my friend who had been as swoony as I? Oh, it was just one of the best nights ever. And Chauffeur might have made us a little spinny in the head all over again.
