Cleveland, Ohio? I'm sure there are. Best bet would be the Coventry area.
Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
BACK IN SCHOOL! YAY!!! METADATA!!! YAY!!!!!!!
Yay!
Hey, are there any kind of hipsterish record stores in the Cleveland area?
What keeps coming up in my search is Record Revolution, which doesn't have a website, but is in Coventry.
Deena!
Greg says the name of it is Record Revolution, and it's on Coventry.
sj!
Hey Ailleann, great minds.
I can go by there in the next day or so if research is needed.
Kane in the car on the way to Spidey III, because...(all together now) driver picks the music, etc. Didn't play anything on the return trip until the six-year old says, "Can we play the cd we played on the way over?" So I pop Kane back in. "Track two is my favorite. I like the sounds it makes!" Track two? Rattlesnake Smile. That's my boy.
Yay! for vw, continued ma for Laura and friends, Anne and family. Good Ikea letter, Aimee, go get'em. Yay for beaucoup remuneration, ND, if they're going to keep your ass in the air. ...Nah, I'ma leave it.
Oh connie, I'm so sharing your delicate shudders over clever naming of stairstep babies. Or, you know, stairstep babies at all. My big family heros are still the DeBolts.
Cash, I'll add another layer of boils, or perhaps a nice rash to your thieves-curse. I hope the insurance covers replacement. There should be a mental botheration clause, too. Not quite anguish, but it's not a nice feeling at all to realize your space has been invaded. Asshats.
Yay, amych!
Aaand DJ reminds me after last night's storm I need to go empty the plant saucers. And the fountains I haven't managed to get up and running yet this year. I know, slacker. Don't care.
Ed. because the wrong word useage was bugging
Thanks, guys!
Coventry = a street?
Yes, and also the hip area of town. It's actually in Cleveland Heights or University Heights, so east and south of Cleveland, but it all runs together. Coventry is where you find the co-op, and the middle eastern restaurant, the old book stores, and the art galleries and coffee shops.
And Greg informs me it's in Cleveland Heights. I don't go there too often. It's Very Hip. Also a couple of stores with crystals and books about the Goddess, imported fabrics and gifts from India, a couple of great old bookstores. I like the area, it's just not Aidan friendly.
