May I just comment, in regard to toddlers, that from what I've seen it might be a good idea not to put kids in Crocs until they're steady on their feet.
Spike's Bitches 36: Did I Sully Our Good Name?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Aren't those, like, Lillian proportions? YOU'RE GROWING A BUFFISTA!
I seem to recall Bob Dylan doing it in the 70's...
maybe I'm confusing Bob Dylan and Lou Reed. Absolutely possible.
My comment about Crocs for toddlers was more along the line of not giving them an opportunity to fall more than they do - saw some little ones staggering around in Crocs (with the back strap flipped up over the arch, of course) having to deal with the whole learning to walk on two feet plus keep the silly things on their feet.
Ellie's Crocs are awesome when it's slippery but a year ago, they would have been way dangerous.
I don't have to submit my senior thesis project to the IRB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Life here is still crazy making. I am trying to go north. Watching Bob's ~kinda~progress~ is tough all round. Hard to leave without answers, but they may not happen soon. Ugh.
