The "toothache" could have been another heart attack. It's one of the places you can get referred pain from the heart.
Hubby's heart attacks always manifest as a particular type of jaw pain, going into the neck. He does not get the arm pain, just pain in his jaw and in his joints.

I totally thought that too. But his morning they tell me that his white count was very high so I'm thinking it might be that the tooth contributed to the heart attack. It is all very freaky.
